Letter of Invitation
It is the delegate's responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Mexico and apply for a visa, if necessary.

You may now request a Letter of Invitation through the conference profile. This document is issued by the conference organizers and should be submitted to the embassy when applying for a visa.
If you are a regular delegate, you first need to register for the conference and pay in full before a Letter of Invitation can be requested.
If you are a media representative, you first need to register for the conference, submit all required documents and get approval before a Letter of Invitation can be requested.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
The deadline for requesting a Letter of Invitation is 20 June 2008.
